One of the best things about the Cloudpillo Original is they’re adjustable. You can change the firmness or softness at home, depending on your preferences or sleeping position.
But, if you’re not happy with the pillow, even after experimenting with the adjustment, then we understand you’d like to return it.

Enter your email address and order number to create a shipping label to easily return your pillow. Then, simply drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your returned pillow in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days
