What’s gone wrong
We will replace your Cloudpillo Original or refund you if:
• The fastenings, such as the zipper, fail
• The memory foam filling crumbles or is flat
• The stitching on the inside or outside cover frays
• Any other instance which is due to manufacturer fault, and not wear or tear

What you can do
Simply get in touch with our customer service team and let us know what’s happened. Email us, call us, whatever you’d prefer.
We’ll give you instructions on your next steps, including sending you an address label and courier details.

What we’ll do to fix it
Your pillows are extremely high- quality, and it’s unlikely you’ll need to use the warranty. It depends on what’s happened as to how we’ll respond, but if your Cloudpillo Original doesn’t meet your standards, or our standards, we will:
• Repair your pillows
We might send you a new cover or more filling
• Replace your pillows
We might send you entirely new pillows
• Refund the cost of the pillows
We might send you a full or partial refund

Things to consider when claiming under the warranty
The warranty only covers pillows which are faulty due to manufacturing issues. So, if your pillow has become broken because of another reason, it is not covered by the warranty. We will not repair, replace, or refund your pillows if they:
• Are stained due to use
• Have been damaged due to misuse
• Are unsanitary
• Have been used in water
• Damage relating to not following washing instruction
• Deliberate damage

What you’ll need to claim
To begin to process your faulty pillow we’ll need proof of purchase. This must include:
• The date you bought the pillows
• The price you paid
• Your order number
We will also need:
• Photos of the faulty areas
• Details of what happened
• The pillow batch code
Where to find the batch code?
Simply check the care label on the pillow and look for a [6-digit number] which starts with ‘CPP’. ( Example CP10001 )
